we ventured downtown last thursday night. miles loved dancing on the sidewalk while a jazzy band played some music on the nearby stage. he was practically bumping into all of the people walking by...but we didn't stop him. he was so excited and I think we all have a little two year old innocence within us.

last mother's day miles planted this day lily for me - it's called hush little baby

the following are from our birthday celebration for papa (my dad) and auntie beth (my sister). they share the same birthday! someday I'm going to put all thirty-something pictures of the two of them with their cake(s) together. happy birthday you two!!

I feel awkward saying that Miles really looks like Kyle in that first picture.....
What a change I saw in his voice now that the surgery is history!! I think we have a little "music star" in the making!!!!
Great Grandma G
WOW!!! Just comparing the voice from this clip to the voice from the previous post shows a HUGE improvement in his ability to talk/sing without taking a huge breath! I must say I miss his "old" voice but am happy he can breath much easier!
I like leftovers too!!! You've done the work once and get to reap the benefits twice. AND it usually tastes better the second time around!!! :)
LOVE the dancing picture of Miles, he was adorable that night...well, he's always adorable but you know what I mean:-) I can't believe how much his voice has changed and how much easier it is for him to breathe now! So happy that the surgery went well and he's healing so quickly! I can't agree with you wholeheartedly on the leftovers but I'm getting better! I have left over chinese food with for lunch...does that count??
